Hi, I’m Lei — wife, mom of four, and the heart behind Baked by Lei.
After spending 13 years in the corporate world, life unexpectedly shifted when I lost my job. What could’ve felt like a setback became an opportunity God used to lead me into a brand new season — one filled with more time with my family, more presence in life’s little moments, and the chance to pursue something I truly loved.
Baking has always been one of my greatest passions. What started as homemade treats shared with my family slowly turned into something bigger. I took that love for creating comforting, joy-filled desserts and turned it into a business built from the heart.
And that’s how Baked by Lei was created.
Every cookie is baked fresh from scratch with quality ingredients, creativity, and a whole lot of love. From nostalgic classics to fun weekly flavors, my hope is that every bite brings comfort, warmth, and a little sweetness to your day.
